A summary can be found on Rose City Futsal Website

Tournament games will be composed of 2-11 minute halves with 3 minute halftime and 5 minutes between games. The half time interval may be reduced to 2 minutes if the games are running behind schedule.

Players may play without shin guards. All other mandatory equipment must be used.

Players do not need to have numbers on their jersey. All jerseys must be of identical color.

Same rules apply for goalkeepers.

A substitute player may replace a sent-off player and enter the pitch two full minutes after the sending-off, provided that he has the authorization of the referee or assistant referees, unless a goal is scored by the opposing team before the two minutes have elapsed, in which case the player may go in.

    - If a player commits his team's sixth accumulated foul in the opposing team's half or in his own half in the area bordered by the halfway line and an imaginary line parallel to the halfway line passing through the second penalty mark, the free kick is taken from the second penalty mark. The location of the second penalty mark is indicated in Law 1. The free kick is taken in accordance with the section entitled "Position of free kick"
